Orders are processed Monday through Friday (Eastern Standard Time), excluding U.S. postal holidays:
New Year’s Day, Presidents’ Day, Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving Day, and Christmas Day.

Delivery Time & Shipping Fee
Delivery time depends on your location. While we work closely with our logistics partners to provide accurate delivery information, once a package is in transit, any delays are beyond our control.

For orders within the continental United States, total delivery typically takes 5–11 business days.
You will receive a tracking number via email once your order ships, allowing you to monitor its progress.

Important Notes:

  • Order cutoff time is 5:00 PM EST (GMT-05:00). Orders placed after this time will be processed on the next business day.

  • Total Delivery Time = Handling Time + Transit Time

  • Tracking information is sent to your email when your order is ready to ship. Check your spam/junk folder if you don’t see it.

  • Personalized or customized items may require additional processing time depending on the complexity of your request.

  • We only ship within the continental U.S.

  • We do not ship to:

    • Alaska, Hawaii, Puerto Rico, Guam, U.S. Virgin Islands

    • APO/FPO addresses

    • International destinations


Order Tracking
Once your order is processed (1–2 business days), you will receive an email with a tracking link.

Please allow 3–7 business days for the carrier to scan and update your package in their system. If tracking information isn’t available yet, it means the parcel hasn’t been scanned by the carrier.

Incorrect Address Policy
It is your responsibility to enter the correct shipping address at checkout.

  • Incorrect or incomplete addresses may result in delivery delays and require additional verification.

  • We are not responsible for lost or misdelivered packages due to incorrect shipping information.

  • Packages returned to sender due to address issues will be discarded by the carrier and cannot be resent.

  • A re-shipping fee will apply if you request a replacement order due to address errors.

  • We are not liable for packages lost, stolen, or damaged after being forwarded or redirected by the carrier at your request.
