To help ensure a smooth and accurate transaction, please carefully review your order details—including size, design, and quantity—before completing your purchase.
We do not offer exchanges for errors in these selections. However, you may cancel your order within 24 hours and place a new one with the correct information.

Order Cancellations
  • Cancellation Window: Within 4 hours of placing your order

  • Orders can be canceled by contacting us via email within this time frame.

  • After 4 hours, your order may enter processing and may no longer be eligible for cancellation.


Returns & Refunds

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery. After this period, all sales are final and refunds cannot be issued.

Eligible Returns & Refunds Apply To:

  • Items received damaged or broken

  • Products that differ from your original order (wrong size, design, or material)

  • Incorrect items received

  • Products that significantly deviate from the advertised description

Ineligible for Return or Refund:

  • Worn, washed, or altered items

  • Defects caused by customer misuse or error

  • Items without original tags or packaging

  • Minor defects (e.g., loose threads) that can be easily fixed

Returned items must be in their original condition and packaging.


Submitting a Refund Request

To file a claim, please email [email protected] with the following:

  • Order number and proof of purchase

  • Shipping label or receipt

  • Clear photos showing the defect or issue

  • Any relevant communication (e.g., email screenshots)


Return Process

  2. Wait for Confirmation: Do not send the item until you receive an approval email with the return address.

  3. Ship the Item: Once approved, send the return using your preferred carrier and provide the tracking number.


Refund Processing Time
  • Refunds are issued within 2 business days of receiving your returned item.

  • You’ll receive an email confirmation once the return is received and approved.

  • Refunds include the original shipping fee.
