Order Cancellations & Modifications

You may request to cancel or modify your order within 4 hours of placing it. This grace period allows us to make changes before the fulfillment process begins.

To request a change or cancellation:

After this period, your order may already be in processing or shipped, and we will no longer be able to make changes or cancellations.

Shipping Address Accuracy

Please double-check your shipping address before completing your purchase.

Donoba is not responsible for delivery delays or failed shipments due to incorrect or incomplete addresses provided by the customer.
Once a package is shipped, we cannot reroute it.
If a package is returned due to address issues, the customer will be responsible for any reshipping costs.
